Zyntrov builds custom AI systems, conversational agents, and workflow automations. All project specifications, deliverables, and timelines are governed by individual client agreements.

2. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, client retains ownership of custom business logic and training data, while Zyntrov retains ownership of proprietary software snippets and templates utilized during development.

3. Liability Limitations

Zyntrov is not liable for service interruptions, API failures from third-party services (e.g. OpenAI, Make, Zapier), or data losses arising from system utilization.
